Refund

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Certain specific products will have different return dates ranging from 30 days to 365 days and those will be specifically mentioned in the respective product page. Once a product is ordered, it can't be cancelled due to any reason. The product will be shipped to you as per the shipping policy. It shall be eligible for a refund/replacement only if it fulfils the conditions mentioned in this page.

 

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The basic premise of a refund will be that the product is defective and not as per the product description mentioned on the website's product page. We don't take any responsibility if the address entered is incorrect. We request you to fill in your details with utmost care.

 

 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
